Club Pilates Reno is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I had never taken Pilates before, and Club Pilates Reno provided such a welcoming space for me to learn. I originally started going to help my back recover from disc degeneration and other spinal issues, and Pilates has been fantastic for that—it’s gentle yet incredibly effective. I’ve also found it to be an excellent form of strength training overall.
The studio is always very clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and highly trained. They make sure each class feels approachable, no matter your experience level.
I’m so grateful I found this studio—it’s been a huge part of my wellness journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering Pilates for rehabilitation, strength, or overall fitness.
