- DDDfnizziApr 6, 20262.0I accepted an earlier appointment time and arrived at 9:50. I sat in the waiting area until called at at 10:20. The cleanibg was quick and I was left in the room waiting for the dentist at 10:40. At 11:15, I was still alone in the chair waiting. I'd had enough, disgarded the sunglasses and bib, and walked out. I'll be looking for another dentist.

While I was waiting for my turn I got to see the manager and front desk help a woman who was having trouble with her insurance. Unlike my previous dental office, instead of telling them to just call someone and do it online they did the leg work and tried to really go into her insurance to get her the best option for the customer. I was impressed. You don’t see that very often anymore. 10/10 recommend

Love the sweet X-ray tech she was gentle and nice. Unfortunately for this office , the office manager ruined it …she looked down on my choice to seek affordable care abroad giving me her awful opinion about my past dental work which was done in San Diego and cost me over $20,000 telling me where and where I shouldn’t go when she’s not the one in pain or the one paying for it so for this reason this office visit get one star. I was going to make an appointment for my husband but the thought of seeing that “Rude” office manager we changed our mind.
- JAJoyce AtkinsMar 11, 20265.0Im a new patient at absolute dental and my experience was outstanding not only did I get in right away I really like the staff the front desk girls are fabulous the hygienist was wonderful she explained everything to me as she did her work and the doctor was awesome she explained everything she was going to do and what my new denture would be like and what I should expect and what I needed to do I have three more visits and I will have my brand new teeth I'm so excited I think they are very professional and I enjoyed my visit very much thank you all so much.
