- LVLizzie ValdezMar 26, 20261.0I have never encounter such a ridiculous phone call . I called to SCHEDULE an appointment for my daughter because we missed her January appointment. Number one the receptionist didn’t give me her name so unprofessional by the way. The next part gets better. She said I can’t make an appointment due to how the system works. If you miss an appointment you have to walk in to see if they’ll see you. Which doesn’t make sense. I won’t be bringing my child or recommend this place ever again to my friends. God forbid you miss ONE APPOINTMENT. You’ll have to drive down there to be seen as a walk in and that “if” that happens… what you need to do is practice customer service, some empathy ,and better phone etiquette….
