I will NEVER be back again, nor will anyone else if I can help it. I understand being new and learning but you should ALWAYS be friendly and professional. I should not have to tell you how to run my insurance or how to check if it's been reactivated. If you make a mistake, thats okay but be sure to communicate to who you are helping with what is going on.! One second she couldn't find me in the system, next she stated she had no insurance for me and then she was handing me a bag. Seriously? It shouldn't be an inconvenience for you to do your job sweetheart.
