I have been coming to this specific location for quite some time now—both for myself and for my children. Most of the staff are kind and attentive, with the exception of the person stationed in Room #1. She is quite rude. (Consequently, I decided that next time I would go to a different location.) ... However, regrettably, I forgot to choose a different place and ended up back at the same facility; and, unfortunately, my daughter happened to be assigned to Room #1. ... I wasn't aware of this at the time. ... Later, while we were in the car, she told me that the person who attended to her had been very rough, causing her a great deal of pain; she then showed me the cotton swab, which was dripping with blood. And consequently she had been in Room #1. ... Just moments earlier, that very woman from Room #1 had been out in the hallway, arguing with a coworker. ... This kind of work calls for compassionate and kind-hearted individuals; she simply does not reflect the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by her colleagues. I hope she changes her attitude—for the sake of Quest.
