    The phone lines here are crazy. I’ve been trying to be to get through to a pharmacy tech for 30 minutes and can’t get past the bot. They really need to improve this system so people can get their questions answered.

    Went to this location to get my Pneumococcal and annual Flu vaccines. The staff was helpful, courteous, and quick with both checkin and administering the vaccines. When getting the shots, the tech applied an adhesive circle, one on each arm that was to be injected. This is something about 1-1/8” in diameter, that they put on your arm prior to administering a vaccine within the inner circle. The Pharmacy Technician wipes the area with alcohol, attaches this adhesive circle to your arm (or site of injection), then pokes into it to deliver the vaccine. It’s like a ‘target’ while serving to help keep the injection site clean after administering the shot! I’ve gotten dozens of shots in the past, more than usual as I had a regimen of allergy shots when I was young, then received bunches during my career in the Air Force, but this is the first time I’ve gotten shots with these neat pasties. Good job Pharmacy Techs!! I will be going here for my Covid-19 Booster shot once it’s approved (Moderna).

    I got my first PFIZER vaccine here this morning. The (doctor? pharmacist? person? her name was Antoinette and her last name started with an S. I hope I spelled that right) anyway, she was very nice, noticed I was nervous, asked if there was anything she could do to help, asked me about school while I looked away. Also made sure I didn't have any questions and explained what was going to happen very well. I went in extremely stressed and mentally prepared to cry from pain. I came out happy. I've never gotten a vaccine and not wanted to cry (or cried) but this was near completely painless. I could write more, but I'm going to stop now before the length gets ridiculous.
