I made an appointment here, and I gave them my insurance over the phone. They waited until I came to check in for my appointment to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance. Wasted my time and gas coming here when they could have told me over the phone. Really annoyed.

The staff in the office is very nice and you feel well cared for. No notes, the nurse who put my IUD in was so competent and gentle. However the lab staff is incompetent. Don't get STI testing here. I had an IUD placed and let them do the STI screening just because she'd be down there anyway, better safe than sorry. They called me and told me my test results were positive and both me and my partner needed treatment, acted like I was some delusional dummy when I said there had to be a mistake. "No, this is serious! Both you and your partner need treatment!" Both of us went to urgent care immediately, within an hour of that call, to get a follow up test that was negative for both of us! We were both rightly angry with each other initially and it could have destroyed our family if we were less secure or in an abusive situation! All the lab line offered to do was add a note my chart, they don't want my new test results so it doesn't look like I have active untreated STIs, no apology, no accountability. If you have no other alternative, then at least be aware that you have the right to request a new test to confirm. If you were there on 10/13 for an STI test that came back negative, you should probably test again if you have symptoms, because you never know apparently.

Angela was an absolute angel! She was so calm, understanding, very patience with me. I have never been treated more kindly than I was with her! I appreciate her and all of her team! ❤️
