She keeps me on my toes and makes me push myself to my limits and (slightly) beyond. I thought I was getting used to the 1.5 classes until I joined hers. She is awesome, very energetic and keeps everyone engaged during classes.

The staff often come across as unfriendly, both in their tone and expression. It feels like asking a question is a burden to them. Improving the customer service at the front desk would make the overall experience much better. Every gym I've been to the front desk has been so friendly and welcoming, not this one.
