  Not going to lie , I felt like the doc was super dismissive. She mostly answered my questions in regards to my son’s oral health however it felt like she was rushing to answer or was hoping that I didn’t ask a lot of questions. Because when she’d answer , it was a very fast pace response. Returned my son to his original dental home

  Today I had an appointment at Absolute Dental for my crown preparation, and I want to thank Dr. Jilali and Gabe for their excellent patient care and for making sure I was well taken care of. They were very patient and attentive to how I was feeling throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Their care and professionalism really stood out. Thank you again for taking such great care of me!

  After years of not taken care of my teeth this team and my doctor made me fill at home give me the best knowledge on how to start and iam on board thank yall so much. Office was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming 🙏 Thank you Ann road absolute dental.

  If I could give less than one star I would. First issue was with scheduling they texted me an appointment time and date I clicked on the link and added it to my calendar and the day of the appointment I found out they changed it to an hour earlier and got smart with me and said “ we called you to confirm the time.” Not hey we are changing the time BIG DIFFERENCE! Second on March 30th I came in for an appointment. I needed root canals I gave them all three of my insurances and they said they needed to wait until two became active April 1st and to call then to see what would be covered. On April first they wouldn’t even answer the phone I had to go up there and ended up getting there on the 3rd that’s three days for them to have ran the insurance. NEVER DID IT. In fact they asked me to email my insurance information and they will have it done by the next day. I asked will you guys call me because I can’t get through your phone lines she says yes and if you don’t get a call we got everything squared away. DIDN’T GET A CALL so I come in for my appointment on the 7th thinking finally I’ll get the work done I needed just to wait TWO HOURS BEFORE THEY RUN MY INSURANCE! All to find out one insurance only covers half and I’ll have a bill for $3,000. ALL OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE A WEEK AGO! I’m furious! I will never come back ABSOLUTE WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!

  This office appears to be exceptionally busy, which could be a good thing. I found the new patients “paperwork” unnecessarily redundant- inefficient and cumbersome - asking the same questions multiple times. The redeeming value is the staff. I truly like my doctor and her assistant, I’m sorry I didn’t ask the assistant’s name, both were efficient, knowledgable, and kind. Dr Abulhasan (aka Dr “A) examined my case, explained the issues, and answered my questions. Over all, I am happy with my Absolute Dental experiences.
