Yoga Six Mountains Edge is the best. I’m not a big yogi, I just wanted something to help me stretch from working remote all day, and the Recover class is perfect.
I’ve tried other classes but as a beginner I stick to slow flow and Recover. Even when I don’t feel like working out, I’ll still go since it’s more about stretching and light movement.
I’ve tried other studios and this one feels the most comfortable. The teachers are all really nice and welcoming. It’s worth the mental health clarity and sanity. If the cost is still out of budget, try their ClassPass version!

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with YogaSix. I was happy to try Yoga for the first time. So I signed up for 8 credits. However without realizing I signed up for a re occurring fee. I didn’t even use all my first original credits that I had gotten. I was charged $168 for the first 8 credits then I was charged an additional $119 three more times after that without realizing I was being charged. I called and spoke to someone named Destiny who told me it would be no problem and that since I was a misunderstanding they surely would credit back the $357 that her manager would be reaching out. So Alexia did email me and refused to refund me. Told me she would just give me more credits after I said I no longer wanted to go there (especially after them going back on their word, why would I continue to want to go there?) I politely asked her to please just do a one time courtesy since I was unaware I was on a re occurring plan. But she kept saying no. I am just so disappointed in a place that practices peace and kindness that they would take my money like that. Seems very hypocritical on what they practice. So please know before you sign anything read the fine print because they will scam you for your money. I absolutely will not be returning here and it’s sad because now I have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Yoga.

Very nice staff and clean studio. Took the morning Power Flow class with Christopher. Chris was a great instructor, and even though I clearly didn't know my left and right, he kindly corrected me each time and we ended up laughing about it towards the end of class. I am not a regular yoga practitioner, so this class was challenging. It was doable but challenging in a heated room. He also included poses for more advanced practitioners, which was motivating to watch others do. I left the class feeling awake and energized.

Great place!! It's small so if you go often, you kind of know the people who come and go,making it more personal, even with instructors. Carissa's Sculpt and Flow classes are intense but her energy keeps you going! I love her playlists, too! Her Signature Hot classes are also great (I sometimes can't make it tho because it's at 8am 😅). Eric is another one with great energy; I went to 3 of his Sculpt and Flow classes before he left 😔 And of course, let's not forget D'arcy! Calm demeanor, instructs really well when flowing, and knows what muscles are being used in your body! I will definitely miss D'arcy's Restore classes 😢 Wish I tried his other classes..
