Very bad experience with sales team. They sold a package and then didn't want to honor what they sold

UFC Fit Centennial Hills remains a top-tier choice for a consistent workout experience in the area. The gym is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is professional and reliable. Equipment & Maintenance One of the biggest pros is that the exercise equipment is almost always in working order. On the rare occasion that a machine is down, they are great about providing a clear timeline for when it will be back in service. While management seems to rotate every 10–12 months, the core staff—some of whom have been there for 5–10 years—keep the facility running smoothly regardless of who is in the front office. Amenities That Set It Apart The "wet" and outdoor areas are really what elevate this gym above others: The Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Pool: These are excellent and consistently clean. Outdoor Training Area: A great space for those who prefer fresh air. Basketball Court: While I don't personally use it, it stays busy and seems to be a hit with the local community. TV & Media Policy The facility has plenty of TVs throughout, though the programming is fairly specific. You’ll usually find Fox News, mainstream sports, or the Olympics playing. Note for UFC Fans: Interestingly, while they used to dedicate a few screens to UFC content, it now seems to be a policy not to show any UFC fights—live or recorded. Note for liberals or centrist: The news here will be hard right only. No centrist or left leaning programming. Final Thoughts Despite the lack of fight footage at a UFC-branded gym, this is easily one of the best-equipped facilities in Centennial Hills. Between the veteran staff and the high-end amenities, it’s a great place for a daily routine.

I signed up for a membership in January with a staff member named Jack, who told us he could beat EOS pricing and lock both my boyfriend and me into memberships for $15 each per month ($30 total) for a comparable plan. We don’t check our statements often, but when we did recently, we realized we were actually being charged $39 per month. We called and spoke with Bri, who was very helpful. She explained that we would need to speak with Lyle, the general manager, to correct the pricing and said it should be an easy fix. Since my boyfriend is out of town, we asked if this could be handled over the phone. Bri said Lyle would call us, but we never received a call. When we followed up, she told us I could come in on his behalf since our memberships were supposed to be the same. When I went in, Lyle was not welcoming and made no effort to address me until I initiated the conversation. He also stated that Bri had left his no notes so I had to re-explain the issue. He refused to correct the pricing and explained that Jack was no longer employed there because he had been offering pricing outside of company guidelines. When I asked if they could honor what we were originally told, he declined. At that point, I requested to cancel both memberships. I left believing this had been taken care of, but when I called an hour later to confirm, I was told that our memberships were still active - Lyle had not canceled them. Fortunately, another staff member was able to assist and complete the cancellation. As for the facility itself, the main positives were the initially promised price and the availability of free weights. However, the gym often feels stuffy and has an unpleasant odor, and the bathrooms are not well maintained. I will say that the front desk staff has consistently been kind and helpful.

UFC FIT on Centennial — I strongly encourage others to read reviews carefully before joining. I cancelled my membership in March 2025 and received confirmation of cancellation. Despite this, I was charged for an additional 9 months before I noticed the continued withdrawals. On January 5th of this year, I contacted Nharee Cook regarding the issue. She acknowledged the error and confirmed that I would receive a refund of $216. As of today, I have not received the refund. My follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered. I have also reached out to corporate and have not received a response. When I asked to speak with the manager, Christopher Ortega, I was told that he resigned and that the location currently has no manager. However, he remains active on the gym’s social media accounts. Based on my experience and the number of similar complaints from other members, this appears to be an ongoing issue. I am still attempting to resolve this matter and obtain the refund that was promised.
