She called another Smith’s pharmacy to make sure I could get my medication refilled before leaving out of town again. She asked if I had enough medication, if I needed to wait, I told her I couldn’t afford to wait. She immediately got on the phone with another pharmacy. To me that shows empathy and good customer service! Thank you Sam!

The automated system said 4pm the next day and I was already going shopping and I swung by and asked if they could fill it before they closed and they got it for me in 5 minutes.
