My name is Ophelia and I spoke to Matt on Thursday he told me it was ok to have my doctor send my prescription I truly need my medication so I had my doctor cancel the prescription at my normal pharmacy and sent it to smith’s for the pharmacist to only tell me that Matt is only a technician and send it back where I normally go in which smiths has it in stock, my pharmacy down the street doesn’t. I live around the corner from smiths and i called and asked and was given the ok to do so I’m sick and bedridden so after this and the trouble I have to go through calling to my doctor and asked her to cancel this one and send it back is uncalled for what ever happened to help they neighbor

The pharmaceuticals are cheaper here with the Smiths membership as well the convenience of a drive thru and the staff is marvelous. Although I think it's time for them to place a sticker over there old Pharmacy hours sign since this makes them look like a joke. I understand they're busy but management needs to do something about all of these extra signs.
