  I checked in and was waiting the other lady to told me to recheck in then they told me they can’t see me after all of that

  Their check in system doesn't work properly, then the staff acts like its your fault they didn't call your name. Customers have questions due to check in not working but the staff won't help. A customer asked for help and a staff person flipped their hand and said "be gone," as the person moved their wheelchair back! I've never heard a medical staff person be so rude to a patient. Every Quest location I go to is the same way. Such a horrible business.

  I give this place 5 stars the staff did not smile much but they did took care of me.the place is nice n clean I dint have an appointment I was there for 30 or 40 minutes
