Went to get blood drawn for a thyroid test on a Thursday for my newborn. They take one vial of blood and locked the door to close after I left the building. Within 2 minutes before I can get to the car they call me and say “one vial is not enough, come back Monday.” The test is supposed to be done within 48 hours so he can’t get blood drawn again.
I went for a blood test yesterday, and I usually feel faint and vomit during the process. A very kind lady helped me—she brought me a bed, checked on me before and after, and even gave me time to eat something so I’d feel better. Her customer service was amazing, and it made the whole experience so much easier. I highly recommend this place!

Denise, at the Durango office, was AWESOME! Service was excellent, great sense of humor and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Place was clean and efficient.
I went in with a complicated 2 page list needed for upcoming Chemo from my Oncologist. My phlebotomist was wonderful. He was very pleasant, and I could tell very experienced (which helped). He took a long time on his computer and kept apologizing though, as he said there were so many codes to look up and it was complicated. I told him no problem and I actually felt bad for him. Possibly my the office should have put in the codes(?). Anyhow, I was just so impressed with him and happy as he had such a good attitude and was so friendly, and checking in with me while finding all the info he needed for my blood work to be drawn. And, of course the quick and easy taking of the blood was painless too. So THANKFUL for this man.
