I was initially seen by Pache in room#4 and since the very first moment she had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude towards me. When I told her I was scared of needles but that I was going to do my best she yelled at me a couple of times: What do you mean you will do your best?! I explained that even though I am terrified of needles I was going to control my anxiety the best I could and she seemed angry about it and only proceeded to get my arm ready in a very rude way and tightened it up much more tighter than usual, angrily, almost like she wanted to hurt me on purpose. I have had blood work done several times throughout my life and it was never tightened up that much. In that moment I told her I did not want to proceed with the work blood unless someone else could do it and she said: Ok, go back outside. I waited outside for a while and then I was called by Gina in room#3 and she had a completely different attitude, she was nice and gave me water so I could relax because I was pretty upset about the horrible experience with Pache. Gina did my blood work fine however my very first experience with your lab was with Pache and it was a horrible one that left me in tears.

First and last time at Quest. No counter for check in, only kiosk's so I could not ask a question about checking in and no bathroom in the waiting room. I was only there for a urine test (it was impossible to get early am appointment like I needed urgently for infection) and it became so painful to hold it (I was there for 30+ minutes) I finally left and went to Labcorp without an appointment and was done in 3 minutes. I would not go back to any Quest ever again if that's how they run them.

I checked in on my phone from the car and they called my name when I opened the door. Super fast and friendly service. Love coming here before work. Always fast. I hate blood tests but the staff makes me feel at ease every time.

I got my blood drawn over a month ago. I don't have the results, my doctors doesn't have them, they are not in the Portal. If you try to call the phone number, options 6 and 7 (to talk to a person) are not working and not valid options.
I had a very upsetting experience at the Quest Diagnostics location at 7891 W Tropical Pkwy in Las Vegas. I checked in for my 8:10 AM appointment and waited while monitoring the patient queue board, going in and out of my car to ensure I didn’t miss my name. At some point my name disappeared from the board even though other 8:10 names were still listed. When I went inside to ask about it, staff would not explain what had happened for approximately 10 minutes.
An employee named Eric eventually stated that he had called my name three times and that I would have to check in again and be placed on the standby list. When I calmly asked whether an exception could be made since I had been actively monitoring the board and waiting nearby, he told me to “lower my voice” even though I was not raising it, and then closed the door while I was still trying to understand what to do next.
After another wait, he came out and waved me back, which made me believe I would finally be seen. Instead, he informed me that it was now 9:02 AM and implied that because I had mentioned wanting the test done before 9:00 AM, they would not perform the test. When I attempted to clarify that my doctor had only recommended testing before 9 AM, he dismissed me and said he had other patients.
This interaction left me extremely upset and in tears. The lack of clear communication and the dismissive manner in which I was treated were unacceptable for a medical facility. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses both the communication process and the level of professionalism shown to patients.
