My provider ordered several labs but when I asked the tech what they were, she told me that only 2 were ordered. This made me have to go home, call my provider’s office, only to be told that several more were ordered. Tried to call Quest to verify but there us absolutely no option to speak to a human to get an answer about what labs were actually drawn.
Bad customer service all around. The only thing that made me not rate this a 1 was the fact that all the labs that were ordered actually resulted in the portal, but only after I spent a day fretting about whether I would have to try to fit another appointment in.

The service center is fine and I have had a good experience with getting my labs done at Quest over the years. However, their billing system is a nightmare because you need your lab or billing ID number to look up any bill. I should be able to log into an account with my personal info and see any outstanding bills — without needing to search through paperwork. It’s weird that they make their bills so hard to pay! I ln this age of AI and technology, I hope they change their vendor or create a better system soon.

Such an efficient process, from the app, to the waiting area and how quickly I get my results. A true standard for the medical industry.

It was perfect on time with the friendly and professional stuff also very clean facility
The staff are always professional, and the office is clean. It’s usually packed, so you may have a little wait time with an appointment, but not overly so. Because of the volume I would not recommend being a drop-in and expect being seen anytime soon.
