  If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible staffing, they are incompetent with whom they take care of and how they treat their patients. One of staff members repeatedly stabbed the same vein without any consideration of the fact it was irritated from his first poke. Nonetheless experience here overall was unsatisfactory.

  The wait in the lobby was kind of long but when I got to the back Q was amazing. She knew what she was doing , she found my vein with not issues and it was literally an in and out situation.. she even showed me where I can put my purse, so I didnt have to hold it the entire time.. thanks Q. For your professionalism and kindness the whole way :) 5 stars for Q

  Appointment time at 11:20. Checked in at 11:21 put that i was going to wait outside because thats an option and the waiting room was full. Finally came in at 11:40 because there was space a man called a lady then asked if my son was who he had called i said yes he said he would come back after her and that he already called my son and i explained we were outside he said well we dont go outside and call patients. Well why is that an option and they even had my number to call when we were next. I was literally at the door ! He was so rude and unprofessional!

  I’m always so pleased with the wait time, check in process, and how smooth it is to be in & out in less than 15 minutes sometimes. I had the same tech the last 2 times I’ve been there and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

  Big thanks to Art! He was so nice, called me right on time, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. Made my lab visit really easy. Highly recommended!
