The Quest location on Lake Mead in Summerlin is always professional and they are a helpful team. I get my diagnostic exam twice a year and always try to get it here.

My Phlebotomist was great with great personality which made me comfortable getting my blood drawn. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Thank you for great service!

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and had a terrible experience. Last week I brought my child in for allergy testing, and today I had to come back again because the lab said they didn’t have the order. Before coming in, I called customer service and was told that the order was in the system and that there shouldn’t be any issues when I arrived. When I got to the location, they told me once again that they don’t have the order and therefore can’t draw his blood. I’ve called my doctor’s office, and they confirmed that the order was sent. Customer service says it’s there, the doctor’s office says it’s there, but the location keeps telling me it isn’t. No one can explain what the problem actually is. Because of this, I’ve had to: Take time off work twice Pick my child up early from daycare twice Drive to this location twice Only to be told both times that they can’t do the test. The most frustrating part is that no one seems able or willing to figure out what the issue is or help resolve it. Patients shouldn’t have to bounce between customer service, their doctor’s office, and the lab just to get a basic test done. This has been a huge waste of time and extremely frustrating.

As soon as I walked in, the waiting room was completely full standing room only and the kiosk were off. People were waiting for someone to come out to take their name so that they could get their blood drawn since I had made an appointment online I was able to check in via text and as soon as I walked in, I only sat down for maybe three minutes and my name was called so I was pretty satisfied with that blood draw was was quick and easy had to go in a cup and then I was done so less than 10 minutes so it was good.
