Very frustrating experience with Quest Diagnostics. My doctor sent me to this location for lab work, so I made an appointment and drove out of my way—only to be told they don’t perform the test I was sent for.
This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle doctor-ordered lab work, you shouldn’t be accepting appointments for it. This kind of miscommunication between providers and labs wastes patients’ time and causes unnecessary stress.

Very disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics. I booked an appointment, drove to the location, and was told they can’t perform the test I came for—even though it’s listed in their services.
This is a waste of patients’ time. If a location doesn’t offer certain tests, it should be clearly stated before scheduling. Better communication is needed.

They don’t do most of the I had a very frustrating experience with Quest Diagnostics. I made an appointment, drove all the way to the location, and after waiting, I was told they cannot perform the specific test I came in for—even though it was listed as one of their services.
This is a complete waste of patients’ time. If you don’t offer certain tests at a location, it should be clearly stated upfront before allowing people to book appointments.
I don’t understand why clinics and hospitals refer patients here if they can’t perform standard lab work. Better communication and transparency are seriously needed. Patients shouldn’t have to go through this inconvenience for nothing. lab works
Your facility was very clean, it made me feel safe to go in and do medical procedures. The employees are very professinal and polite too. I arrived about 5 minites before my appointment - after chedking in which was extreemely simple I sat down. I was called in within 30 seconds of sitting down. I would never go anywhere else to have bloodwork done.
I went to get blood drawn, with all of the things going on with me. I can't walk. My name was called and someone said I was coming. But they were gone before. I got to the door when they came back. The person that called my name said that I was walking to slow. I said I couldn't get up. I was wheeled over here and she said still too slow and I needed to wait. It was embarrassing. And unacceptable, but I'm mostly glad that she was not the one that drew my blood. The tech I did have was considerate and kind. We all have bad days, but you shouldn't take it out on others
