  Do yourself and your eyes a favor and receive care here. Dr Kopolow was absolutely phenomenal. Professional, courteous and kind . I came in for a medical exam and was very worried , Dr Kopolow walked into that room and I immediately knew I was in good hands I am absolutely blown away thank you from the bottom of my heart. Denise at the front desk was very efficient and sweet to me and I felt as though she really listened to me . Ladies thank you so much ! Good health care is hard to find these days and I have struck GOLD !!!!

  This has been my go to store for years and I have spent hundreds of dollars every year on new glasses. This time around I dealt with Chris, the manager, who has completely ruined my Customer experience and this was the last time that I will be going to this location. It started already in February when I chose new glasses and was told there is a high chance they will be done the same day and he will call me right away (he knew I was going out of town the next day). He never followed up and I had to call. When I was back in town I had to go back as the prescription didn’t work and the style of the glasses didn’t work either. They agreed that I could get new frames, which I appreciate but the customer experience has been horrible. I have been chasing Chris for 2 weeks as the promised calls to keep me updated never happened. Even when picking up the new frames and getting my refund nothing was prepared by Chris. Nobody knew anything about the refund and then I was told I have to come back once he is back in, which I refused. They have been holding some couple of hundred dollars of refund hostage for too long. Not sure if they have a commission program and he wanted to get his bonus or what happened here, but considering that he is the manager I am shocked about the customer service experience.

  I've been going to opthamologists and optometrists for over 35 years, and I must say, this might have been the best eye care experience I've ever had. And this is coming from someone who's even received eye care at Bascom Palmer in Miami, FL. From beginning to end, this Pearle Vision was a great choice for us. The doctor, Dr. Kara Kopolow, was caring and amazing with my son and me. So patient also. And Connie? Such a pleasure to have been attended and helped by her. She was very patient with our questions, was so kind to my son, and we ended up purchasing glasses that we were both very happy with. She was wonderful. Overall, solid 5 out of 5 experience with this entire team.

  Ms Alondra was very helpful and she managed to turn my mood "around ". She was very helpful and compassionate. I hope she can be recognized or appreciated. Also i want to say thank you to Pejman for helping me as well. What a wonderful company and employees.
