The exams were very thorough and never felt rushed. Dr. Lucido was kind and took the time to clearly explain my eye condition, which I really appreciated. Sholeh the optician was also pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great experience I would definitely recommend!

A week later went back in to get the arm fixed on my glasses (my granddaughter made a mistake and snapped one side) they told me they had to replace the whole glasses.. I was like huh🤔🤔 the one arm just broke the lenses are only a week old why would I have to pay to get the whole thing replaced why can't I pay for a replacement of the frame there's nothing wrong with the lenses.. they said no.. if that's the policy that's not cool..

Also gave false advice about the size of the frames she brought because she was trying to upsell. When I told her the frames fit well, she said “I’m not arguing with you” & refused service Terrible. - SBsammie brownMar 19, 20265.0The doc and the first aid that helped with the tests are Amazing!🥰 But the lady to help with frames wasn't very welcoming she made me feel rushed and acted like she didn't want to help me because I wasn't upgrading from what was covered by my insurance. She was rather short and cold with me. But I love the doctor n other staff. Wish I had a name but we'll see how my next appointment goes. 🤞🏼
