  Absolutely. Here’s a polished five-star review you can copy and paste: I had such a great experience here and was honestly really impressed from start to finish. I originally came in for the robotic massage, but decided to add on an hour in the saltwater float tank too, and I’m so glad I did. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. The whole space is beautiful, relaxing, and very clean, which really matters for services like these. Everything felt well taken care of, and that made me feel comfortable right away. I was also pleasantly surprised by their retail section up front. They carried some supplements and wellness products I’ve seen people talking about online, and I ended up picking up a few things to try. As for the robotic massage, I went in a little skeptical. I’ve tried water jet massage beds and those massage chairs that recline and work on your back, so I was curious how this would compare. Honestly, I loved it. It was affordable, relaxing, and felt amazing, especially since I was a little sore from working out. I’d absolutely do it again. Compared to a traditional massage, I’d say it was better than some massages I’ve had from actual people, and not quite as good as the very best massage therapists I’ve been to, but for the price and overall experience, it was an incredible value. Then I did the hour float afterward, and wow, that was the perfect combo. I’ve done float tanks a few times before and enjoyed them, but this experience was especially good. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and just overall great. They also had a shower in the float room afterward, and even that stood out to me. The shampoo, conditioner, and body products were all really high quality and smelled amazing. It wasn’t just thrown together. Every detail felt thoughtful. Overall, I was really impressed. Great staff, beautiful and clean environment, awesome services, and a really relaxing experience all around. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the Las Vegas area. Five stars.

  I’ve been seeing Eric and following him around for IVs for a few years now. Super comfortable lounge chairs for IV treatment. The entire location is beautiful and comfortable! Great selection of IV treatments and other options such as sauna, cryo therapy, cold plunge, AI robot massage, and even a float tank!! Highly recommend checking out the team at PAUSE Las Vegas!

  If I could rate with 0 I would definitely do! I scheduled a free first-time cryotherapy session that was offered to new customers. When I arrived, there was a different person at the front desk who told me they don’t offer free sessions and had no idea why another employee scheduled one for me. Instead of simply checking their system, they made me stand there explaining and verifying the situation for a long time. It honestly felt humiliating, like I was begging for something free that I was originally offered by their own staff. Eventually they said, “Okay, we’ll give you the free session this time, but just for the record we don’t offer free sessions.” At that point I was already frustrated and uncomfortable, so I declined and left. The whole experience was confusing and a complete waste of my time. Businesses should have clear internal policies and communicate them with their staff instead of putting customers in awkward situations like this.
