Went in for an emergency quick eyeglass adjustment. The employee Daeja, who assisted me was very friendly and took care of my issue right away. I would highly recommend Optica!

Fast and easy repair for my Cartier’s in less than 15 minutes!! I was amazed! Brandon helped me
I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming in. The timing was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with my service and the quality of work he did!
I posted it before and after pictures .. I would highly recommend coming to the store

September 2023 Update
STILL 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!
So, my first time with optician Eddie was today. Truly a master optician!
For reasons I kinda indicated below, I'm a nightmare for opticians, especially the first time. I'm polite and very grateful, but I'm annoyingly extra and always "that guy." Eddie was very patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, expert with his approach. He understood the specificity I was looking for with my progressive lenses in terms of the transition.
Also, I'm always concerned that the optician will not accurately mark the center of the lens relative to my eye, which is crucial with progressives especially. Fast-forward to when I get home, and I look at the selfie I took with the new frames while at the shop and randomly notice Eddie's markings on the lenses which match with my pupils!! (I put a close-up of the photo with this update.) Respect, and much appreciation, Eddie! (And thank you, Kim, for your help and for running the best glasses shop in town, hands down!)
MY OG REVIEW:
I am very particular about my glasses--both the lenses and frames. To be honest, the whole process of getting new glasses causes me much anxiety. Evan the optician took the time to look up my previous order to ensure the positioning of my progressive lenses was consistent and met my expectations. I had a few concerns about the fit of the frame, as well as an issue initially with the prescription, and Evan worked with me to help resolve all those concerns. I am very happy with the glasses, both the fit and how well the progressive lenses suit my eyes. This was my first pair of glasses from this location and my first interaction with Evan and based on the quality of the glasses and Evan's professionalism, I plan on returning for my next pair.

I broke my glasses. Josette at the Optika MGM called around for me and found an Optician at Fashion Show.
Evan fixed them on the spot in 10 mins, plus straightened and cleaned the frames. They have a great collection of nice frames, , saw some nice Maui Jims. Will be back
The first question I asked when I entered the store - before I even viewed frames - was what was the turnover time for prescription sunglasses? The first answer was wrong and they called saying there was a day delay due to the holiday. No worries - I understood. When I was to pick up, the glasses did not arrive and prior to, no one bothered to call me to let me know. Terrible service for the premium prices they charge. I hope they revisit their procedures and fix the problem. I didn’t go there to pay almost $900 for sunglasses and get Walmart service.
