Every body is different, and sound is not required for the adjustment to be successful.
What is the popping sound?
When we open the joints, there is a gas that is released. That’s the popping sound you hear when you’re adjusted.
We’re not cracking bones; it’s simply the opening of the joint.
Furthermore, there doesn’t need to be a sound every time you adjust. It’s more important for the function to be restored. When the function is restored - you’ll have less pain and better motion; some patients say they sleep better and have more energy.
Overall, the immune, nervous, and circulatory systems will work better because your body is properly aligned.
What type of education and training do chiropractors have?
