I want to give a shout out to Alondra for going above and beyond for me today. I purchased glasses from another location, and once I got home I went on the LensCrafters website and saw them cheaper with a promotion that was running. The location I went to happened to close earlier than this location so I called to inquire. Alondra took the time to crunch numbers on my recent purchase and find the best deal for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to do that. It’s associates like this that will keep me loyal to a company. Next time I’m due for new glasses I will be coming to fashion show so I can receive the best customer service. Thank you Alondra!

Stopped in because the nose pad fell apart on 3-month-old Oakley that I purchased at a LensCrafters in New Hampshire, and the extremely nice young lady at the counter replaced it with zero hesitation. Great experience, 3,000 miles from home. Thank you!

Fixed my broken glasses in about 15 minutes. I thought there was no way to fix them and the guy really didn’t want to take any payment and everyone was super nice

Stopped in for a glasses adjustment and they helped me right away. Super friendly, fast, and professional — they got my frames sitting perfectly again in just a few minutes. Really appreciate the service, especially since I didn’t even purchase the glasses there. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
