  I am very disappointed in this plasma center. I wish it wasn't the only one in Las Vegas. I leave crying every time. I don't feel respected. I am never allowed to donate. I have tried foolishly over 12x since February 2025.

  The facility is clean inside and out The service was fast and the compensation for new donors is great D’Finest and Shadae are Rockstars!!!!!!!

  Great place staff is helpful and friendly its clean organized donating is quik easy i would definitely recommend coming here to anyone interested in donating plasma A+ my grade for Ked plasma

  Most of the people, there are really nice, very professional. Good people. I have no issue with the staff if I was writing the staff I would give them 5 stars my issue. It's I feel like I got the old bait and switch. I was told that they just need to run a test and that I should be able to do a promotion. That would pay me $1500 for 4 donations. The requirement was that at some point in your life. You had to have gotten a small fox vaccine. Which I did get one when I was a kid, that means I am eligible as long as the doctor signs off on me? That's what I've been told. I've done different tests. They've asked me to do and no sign off and then I heard it takes six weeks or something like that. I waited for six weeks. It's been months and months. I have been told multiple times that I should get to go. Just waiting on the doctor if I am good to go to the town trophy. Please sign off. I would gladly give you 5 stars. The rest of my experience with ket plasma has been awesome. Mike is awesome so is Lynn give those guys raises and please do me a favor....... have a great day
