    It was the worst experience of my my life with regard to dental care and a dentist's office. Due to an insurance change, I was forced to find a new dental office since the dentist I was seeing for over a decade was not in my new plan. After the x-rays were completed, I met with Sergio, the hygienist, and he told me that I needed a deep cleaning. I told him I just wanted a normal cleaning and he stated that it wouldn't help me and that it would be malpractice to "regular" clean my teeth. The deep cleaning would force me to pay out-of-pocket for "Gingival Irrigation" that isn't covered by insurance, which is the whole reason for the "deep" cleaning. I then saw the dentist and she told me that I'm doing a great job cleaning my teeth, that I have no cavities and everything is ok. This is typical of the "shop" dental offices that are trying to squeeze every penny out of the public. Everyone knows that as we age, we have those pockets between our teeth and gums, and the "deep cleaning" scam is the one they always try. Run away, far away, from this dental office.

    This was a terrible experience. The only part was the lady at the front desk she was very sweet. I knew I was going to have to get a full mouth XRAY and examination. The assistant cut the bottom of my mouth with the piece by forcing it in. She kept telling me to breathe and patting my shoulder when I tried to explain I had a small mouth and could not bite down. Then the dentist came in he was nice but I could barely understand him he was talking so fast. He left after the examination with useful tips and that a cleaning would happen. Then the hygienist came in without evening examining my mouth he told me I would need deep cleanings and need to do retainers filled with the a paste to help fight an infection at least two times a day. The surgery would not help my gum resending. He told me it was $700 for the custom made retainers and that I would need deep cleanings that later was told it would cost over $300 but could only do a section today. I had a weird feeling when they walked out to work the billing so I looked at google and read and exact story have happening to someone else. The hygienist Sergio should not be practicing or learn how to make sure the patient is first not whatever commission or kick back he gets from whatever the product is. He was inconsiderate and kept bringing up past work and how my previous dentist/ hygienist did not do anything for me. WILL NEVER GO TO GENTLE DENTAL AGAIN.

    It was ok visit. Knowing that your appointment is scheduled the office a was treating me as a new patient. Not says a word I gave them my id and insurance card, they ask what my reason for coming in. I told them have an appointment, next was what for , I explained i was coming in for a follow up. It was very awkward to explain something that was supposed to be normal. But felt like they weren’t ready for my visit. Attitude needs to be improved with a relationship of your patients. When I gave her my ID and insurance card, they should’ve seen it immediately on the screen and saying good morning have seat. I not sure if there was an error on her system, there wasn’t any acknowledgment of what was going on. So turn around and took a seat. The Second Lady beside the first got up and call me to come around , this was the tray assembly I was to pick up. Which was ready early. She explained what it was and how to. My sister had the same tray assembly. It’s important to keep a positive attitude while helping people that has unfavorable sense with dentistry. Just a thought.

    I was came in to pull out was scared of needles then assisted lady Made me calm dr dentist they quickly pull out half an hour I unexpectedly pretty fast I mostly definitely come back for sure!
