  This is a very organized and professional office. I was traveling and broke my permanent retainer, which was very uncomfortable. That little retainer lasted 20 years. I was able to book an appointment and discuss options with Dr. Tan. I chose to have my retainer removed vs bonded back to tooth and I feel like a new man - so free. Dr. Tan finished the procedure quickly and I made a comment about being embarrassed about discoloration on my teeth where the retainer was located, to which he said that he had already cleaned it up for me! It’s the simple above and beyond treatment that you would hope for; I could really tell that they cared about their patients and their satisfaction. After everything was done, Dr. Tan was able to give recommendations and provide a record for my regular dentist. I was happy that they could work with my insurance provider and make an otherwise unpleasant experience very pleasant. Thank you!

  Dr. Tan has an incredible attention to detail... he truly is an artist. After just a short conversation, you can feel how passionate he is about improving the health and quality of life of his patients through cosmetic and functional dentistry, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Las Vegas area.

  I can confidently say you won’t find a better dentist in the Vegas Valley than Form and Function Dental Aesthetics. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is unmatched and the staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I chipped one of my front teeth and they got me in the same day, which was huge for me with upcoming presentations for work. They truly understand how important that is. On top of that, this is easily the most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had — the chairs and overall amenities are next level. They even mentioned they’re planning to offer AirPods Max for patients, which says a lot about how much they care about the experience. After plenty of dental visits that didn’t exactly go the way I hoped, I can honestly say I’ve found my go-to spot. I’ll only be coming here moving forward. Thank you again!

  This practice is incredible. They take a unique approach by focusing on airway health and function, not just teeth. The team is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain how breathing, jaw alignment, and oral health all connect to overall wellness. The office is welcoming, organized, and the care feels very personalized. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist who looks at the bigger picture of your health.
