- KKKaniMar 15, 20265.0Great place!! It's small so if you go often, you kind of know the people who come and go,making it more personal, even with instructors. Carissa's Sculpt and Flow classes are intense but her energy keeps you going! I love her playlists, too! Her Signature Hot classes are also great (I sometimes can't make it tho because it's at 8am 😅). Eric is another one with great energy; I went to 3 of his Sculpt and Flow classes before he left 😔 And of course, let's not forget D'arcy! Calm demeanor, instructs really well when flowing, and knows what muscles are being used in your body! I will definitely miss D'arcy's Restore classes 😢 Wish I tried his other classes..

These classes were both perfectly paced, the music was a nice addition and I left feeling excited to come back for another class. And Destiny at the front desk was so nice and accommodating.
