- SFSidney FlowersDec 1, 20252.0Usually get my prescriptions here as the Walgreens next door is usually slow but this time around, they're very delayed and do not update pick up times when they are late.
- SCStephen ColeJul 5, 20194.0They do not answer the phone. You must leave a VOICEMAIL with lots of details and wait for them to call you back. If you press the button to speak to a staff member it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed. They also can't seem to receive electronic prescriptions from my doctor. Again, very disappointed. UPDATED: If you keep trying you can get through to the pharmacy but don't expect anyone to answer the phone on your first attempt. Don't call during peak hours. The electronic prescriptions that didn't go through were not the fault of Smith's, so I'm upping the rating to a 4.
