- MSMasks of sanitySep 9, 20221.0So I called Smith’s This afternoon to have my medication transferred from CVS to Smiths because it had been sent there by my dr Accidentally rather than Smiths (which i preferred). at 7:20 Pm i get a call from a Smiths Pharmacy employee to tell me they couldn’t transfer it. (which isnt what upset me) what was upsetting was how extremely rude she was when i began to ask a question and speak she started to talk over me and continued to talk over me every time i attempted to speak. and then had to have a nasty attitude when i did get a chance to speak. I didn’t speak to her that way, and i dont appreciate being spen to this way. I love Smiths, and most pharmacy employees there, but she was not a good representation of Smiths. not at all..I hope I never have to end up dealing with her again or id rather go to a different pharmacy..
