  horrible experience today, I recently had surgery and am in a lot of pain. My Drs office called the pharmacist and confirmed that I would be able to pick up a refill. They called me letting me know I could go get it and then when I get there I can't pick it up for 2 days? I'm trying to ask the pharmacist lady sorry didn't get a name working on March 18, 2026 around 3:30pm like why I cant? Or if there is something my Dr can send so I can pick them up and she refused to give me an answer granted I can barely talk since I just got my tonsils removed. Then she started going off on me saying it's not her fault I took the pills for what was RECOMMENDED on the bottle and i shouldn't of been taking that many pain pills when again I took them for the recommended time on the bottle. I ended up leaving crying and she just smiled at me and said I guess I'll see you in 2 days. treating me like some drug addict when again I can barely even talk when I'm just trying to find out why. No explanation. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist and don't recommend going here. I would love to speak to a manager about how she talked to me when it was very uncalled for. As someone who also works in the medical field I am just shocked.

  Recently, I've been shopping more frequently at this store. Since Walmart has become a "PvP server" and prices are through the roof at other supermarkets like Albertsons, Smith's has become my next best option. Their prices are pretty good for now. Honestly, I've never liked their advertising, but this store is full of great professionals who help you every day, and in the end, that's what matters.

  They don’t like to dispense controlled medications. They come with every excuse to delay or decline. Bad experience.
