- LCLiesa CoveySep 27, 20251.0I walk up, not entirely walk up not like I’m directly at the counter but literally just to signal I’m there for when she’s ready. She says she’ll be there in a minute, I say “no problem!” We have our exchange, easy peasy. Last thing she says before she hands me the bag, mentioning the sign. The little sign? That’s meant for if there are multiple people in line? For patient privacy? So you aren’t directly behind someone as they are relaying sensitive information to the pharmacist. Like there weren’t any papers on the counter as if she might’ve been in the middle of dealing with anything sensitive. Nobody else was there. Every single time this lady has been rude, and if it wasn’t for the fact that this is the closest pharmacy and I haven’t had any issues getting my medication, I would’ve changed locations months ago. She was rude over the phone the night before. She’s been rude for months. I get dealing with customers, but when I’m just standing there with zero pressure to hurry you up, you may be having a shitty day but you don’t need to make my day shitty with your attitude.

The automated system said 4pm the next day and I was already going shopping and I swung by and asked if they could fill it before they closed and they got it for me in 5 minutes. I appreciate them going above and beyond.
