I believe when someone is doing a good job is deserve to get a better survey and must pass this to the top management or corporate. Since i have been a patient of Smiths Pharmacy. TYLER is been so helpful and very nice all the time and very professional. Ricardo also very helpful and easy to talk just like Tyler. Both deserve a better a rewards or promotions. THANK YOU
- RGRicardo GalavizOct 6, 20251.0While i frequent this location because it’s close to home the pharmacists attending have zero empathy or willingness to assist someone. i came in after requesting a refill 3 days prior and when i arrived only one med was ready. i asked if they would be able to at least fill one of the remaining meds they haven’t done as i’m out of it and they said no i would have to check back tomorrow. I tried to explain that my works hours are long and tight and take place during the majority of pharamacy hours and they essentially said that’s too bad and to try another smiths. Again zero empathy or willingness to help and as someone who is also in the medical field that’s the whole purpose of your job. refusing to fill an essentially medical prescription because it inconvenienced you is terrible practice simply.
