The classes are varied and they change constantly so you never get the chance of getting bored doing the same thing. I also love having the option to track my workouts because it turns into a personal challenge for me — and that’s really helped me stay consistent. The staff and instructors are amazing — so kind, welcoming, and encouraging. From day one, they made me feel comfortable. This has become my safe place, where I’ve never felt judged, unlike other places I’ve worked out before. Thank you ladies!! <3

I enjoy being greeted by name and EVERY instructor encourages me every class! Michelle, Hope, and Cierra are my favs but I enjoy classes with every instructor as you can feel their joy of the burn! 10/10 recommend!

I have never felt self conscious or felt like I didn’t belong. I recommend to all of my friends to try it out!
