  This place is decent for services to get what you need from eye exams to eye glasses. The techs are accommodating and somewhat patient to get a eye exams done. The reason being for 3 stars is i feel customer service is lacking here. I understand there can be staffing day issues and when there is non, i just overall did not really feel welcomed here. They really showed rushed service where they speak like reading “terms of service” fast, and shift in attitudes when things are taking longer than usual. Especially when it comes to training for contacts. If you are looking to get in and get out, this is your place. If you looking for a meaningful experience, I would say look elsewhere. I’ve had worse but I still would recommend this place for open availability.

  I visited the Maryland Parkway location as a walk-in and was warmly greeted by an associate named Tamara who walked me through the whole process of ordering contacts and picking out glasses that aligned with my insurance. She was more than helpful by providing the best information to suit my needs. Off of the customer service alone, I will be sure to return when my next exam is due.

  I promised Dr. Wells I come and give them 5 and that's what I'm doing because they deserve it. Her team was super nice and patient with me bumping my wheelchair into everything lol. But Dr Wells broke down my condition to me and I was very pleased. I will definitely be back

  PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!! I am writing this review to express serious concern about the practices I experienced at the Pearle Vision locations in Las Vegas, Nevada. During my visit, I observed a pattern of behavior that I believe is deeply unethical and harmful to customers: Staff are trained to rush and hustle patients, moving them through the process without providing full information. Customers are misled about features and costs. In my case, I was led to believe all four pairs of glasses would include blue-light coating, when only one pair did. This was never disclosed upfront. Information is intentionally withheld, and customers are not properly educated about their options or products. The sales process feels structured to maximize revenue at the expense of patient care, rather than supporting informed, responsible decision-making. Many customers rely on insurance that does not fully cover these costs, meaning they are forced to pay out of pocket, often for products and features they don’t fully understand. This approach takes advantage of people who are trying to care for their vision, and it is unacceptable. I would be good to know: why are employees trained in this way, to hustle and pressure patients instead of prioritizing their well-being? This is not a one-off mistake — it seems to be built into the system. I urge Pearle Vision patients be alert and educate themselves & review the training and policies at ALL locations to ensure staff are providing transparent, accurate, and ethical guidance to patients. Customers deserve to make informed decisions without being misled or pressured. Thank you Peral Vision Patients for your attention to this serious matter. I hope all patients take steps to protect themselves before being negatively affected.
