We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- LBLisa BigleyFeb 22, 20261.0Truly disappointed in this visit. I was forced to take 2 eye tests that I didn't want. And was not able to complete the tests - but yet I had to pay for them. Then on to the glasses...I was told I got the "best" price but when I checked with EyeMed found out that wasn't true. I asked if that was the best - told yes - so I walked out for almost $500 for lenses and frames with my copay. I got to thinking about it and called EyeMed. After talking with the rep from EyeMed she decided to call and ask why the copay was so high. She got a completely different number than I did. Also found out I was quote Tier 4 lenses with ALL the options. And I was never provided a breakdown on her "great" pricing. This is completely unacceptable and even the EyeMed asked if I wanted them to file a complaint. And no, those eye tests for $59 extra are not required by my insurance I feel like I was taken on a ride here. Besides being forced to take optional tests, the frames being overpriced, being lied to about the lenses and options, and then hearing that they told insurance another price? This is not the way to do business. I and my family will never be back and I will make sure everyone I know hears this story.
