  It was a very busy day and the wait was long but all the workers were very courteous throughout the day with everyone, the music in the waiting room was great and they offered water, they were knowledgeable with my sister's intellectual disabilities and did an excellent job with testing her vision, my sister loves her new glasses and the wait was worth it, we both left very pleased and we'll return again.

  Surprisingly, clean and well lit establishment. Dr. Suk was a gem as we're all of the technicians. Get there early to fill out paper work. Extremely repetitive. I felt I was answering questions on the iPad that the technician asks, and then asks again in the rooms. Of course the usual, long wait time (i.e. Appt at 17:00, wasn't seen until 17:35). Other than that - I would definitely come back here as it was a great experience over all.

  The initial portion of the appointment was great. Within 10 min of arriving I was called for my exam. Within 30 min approximately my check up was over. It included glasses and contact fitting. Then I go out and wait to be shown frames. This wait was a min 45 min - 1hr. It then took about 30 more min in finding frames and paying. The workers were great as far as professionalism but I think maybe they over book. Other than that great. Also great deals on 2 pair

  This place is horrible!. I went there 2 yrs ago and had the same experience. You wait forever to get an eye exam. They don't know how to schedule it seems. I had an appt at 1030. I didn't get out of there until 12:15pm. The exam rooms are small and cluttered. Feels and looks very dirty. Instead of looking at the glasses they have on display, they bring you dirty glasses on a trey to pick from. (They don't sanitize between clients) I picked a pair glasses, and was quoted a price. I paid the price quoted, and was told they'd be ready the next day. Today I receive a call stating I owe an extra 46 dollars for I didn't qualify for the lens. I said, "how is that? I didn't get glasses last year, so I would qualify. My insurance pays for a new pair of glasses each year" The rep couldn't give me an explanation. This is really shady! I asked to speak the to manager but was told she wasn't there. Stay away from this location.

  I have edited the stars only because the manager reached out to me and had me come in to see her personally. Although, she said it had to be me the way I positioned my glasses the first and second time when they took measurements or the frames I chose she did take the time to redo measurements and stated she would send them back to correct it to the right size which she said was a 27 and when I picked them up this time the lady explained since it was my first time wear them for a few days to get used to them and it worked so thank you to her and that’s why I’m moving the stars from one to a three. Although the manager called me and sent them back I didn’t appreciate her blaming me, my frames and speculating when she wasn’t there. Also, stated she would’ve told me that progressive wouldn’t work for me and this will be the last time she send them back. Like what!? No, you send them back until YOU get it right. That’s why I go to lens crafters never had an issue only was here because they accept my grandson’s insurance and they mentioned a $59 promotion to bring ANY frame and get progressive lens with anti reflection which i thought was a great price but now I see you get what you pay for. I have been notified twice that my glasses were ready for pick up and both times they were sent back because of the measurements for the progressive lens were not correct and this will be the 3rd time sent back with a different measurement, I’m yet to receive my glasses. I was told it could be my frame because it’s big which made no sense then I was told it’s probably because I’m not used to the glasses and just take them and try them, absolutely not! I was also told it could be I need a new exam and my prescription may have changed although I can see perfectly clear with my current glasses and sunglasses. After all that I was told the first two measurements were in correct and this time it’s correct. Is it a 25, 27, 31mm or something entirely different? Like get it together people because at this point it seems like they’re guessing. Hopefully the next text to pick them up, they’re correct. This is a huge waste of time and gas.
