  Awesome experience overall. Staff was courteous and punctual, the doctor was so nice and friendly! Great selection of glasses! Clean office space!!! 10/10! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!! BTW, don’t mind the writing on my lenses! This was just the floor model being used for pupil dimensions.

  Drove all the way across town specifically for a weekend appointment but was informed that they could not see me as they could not verify my insurance on the weekend, despite the fact I provided my information online when I initially scheduled my appointment during the week. Really annoying and inconvenient!!

  Wow, I can’t say enough about this Pearle Vision on Sahara. Every step of the way was easy and pleasant. Special shoutouts to the best optometrist I’ve ever had, Dr. Kara Kopolow. She was thorough, engaging and answered any question I had with incredible knowledge, and to Kris, the gentleman who helped both my husband and I in executing our new prescriptions. A pretty amazing experience all the way around. Thank you so much!

  First, I would like to say that the ophthalmologist was really friendly and easy to talk to. We really liked her a lot. That said we will definitely not be back. First off there is no wheelchair accessible parking in the front of the building. Also there is no ramp. Luckily, I was there to help my daughter. Otherwise, she would’ve had to Park in the back of the building and then wheel all the way around to the front in her wheelchair. Then when we got in there, they told us that that there was an insurance problem, and if the insurance didn’t cover it, then we would have to pay the full price and who knows how much would be. I asked them why I wasn’t told earlier so I could call the insurance company and get it straightened out and she looked at the account and said that the billing people tried to call but the phone just rang. Well, that is not the case because I don’t even have a home phone number. I only have my cell phone. It will take them to Voicemail and they could leave a message if I’m not able to answer the phone. I received no phone calls from them! So I wasn’t sure how much I would end up being billed so I ended up just paying out-of-pocket for it because that was the way cheaper option compared to being billed the full price for whatever they billed the insurance. It is completely unprofessional of them to not have let me know that there was an issue. We didn’t have the luxury of coming back. She needed her eyes checked right away so I guess it is what it is. We will definitely never ever ever be back!

  I’m a long time contact lens wearer and have been getting regular eye exams for over 10 years and this was unlike any experience I’ve had before. As a new patient I asked twice before my exam what my total cost would be and was clearly told $50 ($40 contact exam + $10 copay). Based on that I proceeded. After the exam I was then told there was an additional $80 charge due to astigmatism which was never verbally explained beforehand despite me confirming pricing multiple times. There was also a heavy push for additional tests and add on charges throughout the visit which made the experience feel more sales driven than patient focused. Combined with the surprise fees it felt like I was being blindsided and then made to feel at fault for not catching every detail in the fine print even after asking directly about cost. While I was discussing the issue with the manager a front desk staff member interjected and said “well she signed the form” even though no one was speaking to her which felt dismissive rather than helpful. The manager did ultimately help resolve the issue which I appreciated but the situation never should have escalated that far. I was also told my frames would be ready the same day and never received a follow up call. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but overall the lack of transparency and how concerns were handled left me uncomfortable. If you do come here make sure to read every single part of every document because verbal explanations did not match what I was ultimately charged and paperwork was later used against me when I questioned it. I would not personally recommend this office
