- SBsammie brown2 days ago5.0The doc and the first aid that helped with the tests are Amazing!🥰 But the lady to help with frames wasn't very welcoming she made me feel rushed and acted like she didn't want to help me because I wasn't upgrading from what was covered by my insurance. She was rather short and cold with me. But I love the doctor n other staff. Wish I had a name but we'll see how my next appointment goes. 🤞🏼
- JJJacobMar 12, 20261.0All I can say is I thought I booked an appointment for an optometrist not a doctors appointment, staff had condescending tones acting like they didn't want to be there, they make you pay $60+ for a useless scan of the back of your eye to tell you that everything's fine and try to get you to buy "specialty" lenses for an insane markup but don't worry you get 40% off, what a deal! Staff was really uncoordinated running around like chickens with no head on making errors in the process.

They should have told me when I make the appointment they’re not I’m Not allowed to have a this year I wasted two hours of my time and after Dr. checkup I end up Without new glasses have to wait another year to do that. I wish I was told that when I make the appointment then I would skip this year and waited to next year.

Pedro was professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable & extra bonus a very nice person..Will not get glasses for 7-10 days so will update total experience when received.
