  I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE ADRIAN AND CYNTHIA AND THE ONE WHO SET MY APPOINTMENT UP AND THE DR DIOR I THINK HER NAME WAS THEY WERE ALL ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE THEY WERE KIND LOVING AND UNDERSTOOD EVERY THING I TRULY APPRECIATE ALL OF THEM

  I ordered glasses about a month ago. Still haven’t finished them. They said January 3rd they were gonna be ready. So I called January 3rd to ask if they were ready. They said “yeah they’re ready for pick up” I get there and they say ooops it’s not ready they failed 2 times so they got sent to another lab” they told me to come back Monday (Jan 5) so today I CALLED AGAIN before I drove 25 min again for no reason to make sure they’re ready. ONCE again they said “yeah they’re ready for pick up” so I drive AGAIN to that side of town and when I get in there they said the same thing “ ooops it’s not ready yet” so why in the world did you guys make me drive out here twice just for me to get there and they’re still not ready. Very unprofessional . It takes 2 minutes to stand up and go make sure they’re actually physically there before answering me. On top of you guys taking the longest to make a pair of glasses it’s highly unprofessional to make someone waste time and gas to drive to go get them. I hope to talk to manager and hopefully I get something more than a “oops sorry” also it says all calls are recorded when I call so I’m sure my phone calls should be there

  It was extremely busy when I went to my scheduled eye exam. The staff remained professional and friendly. When it was my turn, they gave me their undivided attention, and I would say that it was definitely worth the wait.

  I had a full service eye exam at Pearle Vision located at the 1820 E Lake Mead location today. It was an amazing visit, marked by excellent customer service from Cynthia, Dr. Motola and Maddie. Cynthia completed the diagnostic testing and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. I enjoyed how thoughtful Cynthia was as we completed testing. She is a true asset to Pearle Vision. Dr. Motola was extremely thorough, thoughtful and explained the results of all my tests. He patiently worked with me to ensure I completed the eye testing to determine the glasses that would best help me regain vision and training of my left eye due to my failure of upkeep and maintenance of my annual exams. If given the opportunity to work with him, I highly suggest you do. Dr. Motola has a kind, respectful demeanor and is passionate about what he does. It was a blessing to meet him and become his patient. Finally, I met with Maddie who assisted me with choosing my glasses. She thoroughly explained what my insurance covered, suggested the best options to maximize my dollars by advising me of coupons and specials available. Her first recommendation for my frames were my favorite. I chose this location because I researched there reviews. Many of them spoke of the kindness and expertise of the staff! The reviews were absolutely right!

  Only reason why I’m giving a one star is because it’s already been 2 weeks since I went in, and my prescriptions were supposed to be ready. They keep giving me the run around “not ready yet” they were supposed to be ready today and it’s not it’s been 2 weeks. So my advice is if you want your prescriptions at a sooner time/date get them else where because this is not an office of convenience. This the longest I’ve EVER waited for my prescriptions!
