  Amazing Service from the moment I walked in, so thankful for Deyani and Dr Duran. Making a huge impact in correcting my vision, I was offered many options. Wonderful staff!

  Appointment at 10:00, Arrived at 9:43, we were not seen by assistant till 10:33, seen by doctor at 10:47. No updates, no one would speak to us because “they’re busy and next assistant would not arrive till 10:30”. Why set appointments early and ask we come in 15 minutes before our appointment if you knew you would be able to see us.

  Fantastic service, very friendly and organized. Truly can't ask for better costumer service and Professionalism. Definitely staying with this company.

  I waited almost an hour to see the doctor after arriving on time, then almost another to see the optician to an a question before giving up and leaving. If you can’t handle the foot traffic and appointment, don’t keep bringing people in more people than there are doctors. I won’t be going back.

  The doctor was friendly, fast and got right to it. The thing that made me go out of my way to write this lengthy review is because of one specific person. I believe her name was Ashley, she helped my kids choose their glasses was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and encouraging while letting my kids try on different frames. She made the process fun instead of overwhelming and really took the time to help us find the perfect fit and style. We truly appreciated her help, I've worked in the hotel industry for ten plus years and I know how important it is to any business to have a good first impression. From start to finish, she was perfect. She is definitely an asset to that location, I unfortunately didn't have the best experience at the sunset location in henderson so super grateful that Ashley was able to change my opinion on this place. I will definitely be coming back here for many years!!
