- AAAlanaDec 31, 20251.0My experience was subpar. The optometrist was less than welcoming. She had no regard for my comfort . The worse part was when I saw her roll her eyes at one point during the exam when I said, hold on I need to blink. Awful customer service and a lack of professionalism.

You walk into one business that your medical insurance told you to go, but apparently it’s 2 different businesses, the dr that does the test accepts your medical insurance, but the people that has to supply the lenses and frame does not accept the insurance. I would rather want to warn people against Lens Crafters in Fashion Mall in Las Vegas.
