    Well no matter HOW MANY TIMES I'VE ASKED, WRITTEN AND CALLED? THIS "center" apparently has English as a "second language" PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST sending your useless mail advertising to: P. Davis/8725 Villa Ridge Dr./LV/NV/89134. You are wasting paper and my time. If this doesn't work (sigh) once again, I'll contact the BBB.

    Went to miracle ear, owned by Dustin Doyle, on S. Fort Apache. First visit he talks about himself, & owning 3 stores. 🙄 Then I’m told, how great my insurance is, I’m going to get top of the line $9,000 aid. When I pick up my hearing aid, for only one ear, he doesn’t tell me I have 60 days to return it, I asked about warranty, 3 yrs. I get a bag with the charger. My sister told me about getting aid adjusted, because, I told her I couldn’t hear much better. I called, went in for adjustment. I told Dustin, my sister told me, I needed it adjusted. I wasn’t happy with the aid on top of my ear. It wasn’t until after the 60 days, when I called my insurance company, about getting a different one, did they tell me about the 60 day return. Now I have to wait 3 years. Took over a week & leaving 2 messages, for Dustin to call me. It was the receptionist who called me back. Wasn’t a very pleasant conversation, according to her, Dustin does no wrong. 😡Go somewhere else.

    I'm 76. I've been deaf in my right ear since I was 17. I have LIMITED hearing in my left ear. I've worn many different aids over the years. My new Miracle aid is the BEST aid I've ever had. If you're frustrated like I was give them a try. I went to the Lake Meade store.

    My husband had many problems with this office. He would go in the office to get hearing aids adjusted sadly to say only last one day..Always had problems hearing even after the adjustment. Batteries only lasted one day, two if he was lucky. Not very professional when you bring your hugh dogs to work. Never felt like the ladies wanted to be at work. Very bad customer service at this Lake Mead Office.
