  Most of the people, there are really nice, very professional. Good people. I have no issue with the staff if I was writing the staff I would give them 5 stars my issue. It's I feel like I got the old bait and switch. I was told that they just need to run a test and that I should be able to do a promotion. That would pay me $1500 for 4 donations. The requirement was that at some point in your life. You had to have gotten a small fox vaccine. Which I did get one when I was a kid, that means I am eligible as long as the doctor signs off on me? That's what I've been told. I've done different tests. They've asked me to do and no sign off and then I heard it takes six weeks or something like that. I waited for six weeks. It's been months and months. I have been told multiple times that I should get to go. Just waiting on the doctor if I am good to go to the town trophy. Please sign off. I would gladly give you 5 stars. The rest of my experience with ket plasma has been awesome. Mike is awesome so is Lynn give those guys raises and please do me a favor....... have a great day

  Love everything about this place my experience donation and staff made it easier for me to be comfortable they are very nice and kind and patient. I would highly recommend my family and friends and I'd love to come again for my future donations. Thank you so much!

  Love Ked plasma. I’ve been a donor since 2006 starting with Grifols/Talecris. I’ve donated at many different centers in many different cities and now a new state. This particular kedplasma is the best I’ve been to. Fast service, friendliest staff, best donor fees. If you donate at a Ked, my donor number is 362599. Tell them I referred you.

  At KEDPLASMA I was told I could not donate because I do not speak the language. Beyond the policy itself, the way it was communicated to me was dismissive and made me feel discriminated against. I left the place in tears. In a city as diverse as this, respect and empathy should be a priority. No one should be made to feel less because of the language they speak.

  That place is hands down the quickest plasma donation place here in town. The people are friendly, they have seats so your not standing, the bathrooms are clean, Security And Employees are very cool and happy. Which makes your donation happy and faster. 2 Employees that Know what they are doing Bri, and Kayla. Pros! Thank You guys for a positive , smooth donation process. Appreciate your guys hard work and professionalism, Everybody at this KedPlasma is Dope. 5 stars easy. Highly recommend. That's My Word.
