- DED EDec 13, 20251.0I took Hello Harmony for a month, taking three doses daily. Unfortunately, I experienced severe side effects, including intense cheek acne and significant hair loss. I also had extremely heavy and painful periods, unlike anything I'd experienced before. I strongly advise consulting a doctor before trying this supplement, as my body reacted very negatively. It's been three months since stopping, and I'm slowly recovering, with my acne clearing up and periods becoming more manageable. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Hello Harmony, as individual reactions may vary greatly.
