  I went to this location for my yearly eye exam and to purchase a full year supply of contact lenses. The first box they gave me had a +1.5 prescription, and I could see perfectly with it. When I finished that box and opened the second one, I realized I couldn’t see clearly. That’s when I checked the label and saw they had sent me +1.0 by mistake. I called to explain the situation politely and simply asked if they could replace the wrong box with the same prescription I had been using (+1.5). I even spoke with the doctor, who told me to come in and that I wouldn’t be charged since they needed to re-check everything — especially because they may have given me the wrong prescription originally. However, later that day, someone from the front desk called me back and said I would be charged unless I returned the original box. I explained that contact lenses are monthly, and like any normal person, once I used the lenses, I had thrown the box away. Despite that, she insisted I had to either pay or bring back something I no longer had. She was extremely rude throughout the conversation. I want to be clear: This situation was not my fault. They sent me the wrong prescription, I used it for months, and now my vision is off because of their error. Instead of helping, they blamed me and tried to charge me for their mistake. I hung up the phone frustrated and disappointed. Customer service matters, and the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place. If they make a mistake, they won’t take responsibility — and you’ll end up paying for it.

  Really just wasted my time driving and sitting here after I booked an available appointment and was told my insurance is accepted here. After waiting for further insurance verification upon arrival, I was told they don’t accept the insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. I’m from out of town and really needed my eye looked at, instead they just played with my time for the past hour and didn’t even help. I left since I have insurance that would fully cover this visit if they accepted it, paying over 150$ out of pocket would be crazy. Get better informed people answering the phone so patients time isn’t wasted while they are in need, especially for something so simple as checking insurance coverage! Absolutely ridiculous!
