  I signed with this Club in Summerlin on December 22.2025, went to only one class and I got sick. I have scheduled couple classes and I give them 24 and more hours cancellation ( which I have proof of) that i can’t come. I miss two weeks and two classes. I wasn’t feeling well! And that was the problem. O boy if you are sick they will do anything to take your classes away and not to give you what you pay for. Absolutely no patience to explain you anything. And when I think that Stephanie ( manager) and I get somewhere and resolve the issue here we go again. My classes on the app are taking away from me and when I text her and try to find out how I could make the schedules and not to be on a waitlist because I am employed and I cannot wait last moment. They literally told me that I am not welcome there anymore, which is really hilarious because I am really so tired of such a horrible business and the people who really don’t care. Big BS! If you come there and you have time to waste, that’s all other story, but I really don’t. I have a schedule And Life. Unfortunately, I have to wait for my money now! Stephanie should never be in position that she is on now including all her supervisors above her. Bad business! Some person name Kristina text me that she is District manager there like that is scary? … ha ha ha like I care?! .. she is visibly miserable women frustrated that I ask questions. And her level of education is low so she can’t answer simple questions! How she is employed if she can’t answer the question? And yes we should be scared of her! Ha ha ha ha what are little miserable uneducated and unprofessional women!Stephanie told me they have enough people and they really don’t care. Seriously . Pilates should be relaxing and friendly and welcoming, but not this one. Go to small businesses and support them, they care! I am happy that things work out like this because I found much better place with normal people.This is horror story! Avoid this place if you care for your money and you want to be treated nicely and accomplish your goals!!!

  I had my introductory class and my first beginners class last week and I really enjoyed Club Pilates. I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time and it did not disappoint. Sean who taught the reformer flow class was excellent-he was very thorough and easy to follow and funny. Michelle who did the intro class did a great job making sure we safely used and understood the reformers and the equipment. The studio is super clean. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the front snd the instructors and manager are super nice and it’s just a really good positive environment and I hope to take a lot of classes.

  Such a great workout! I am in love with reformer Pilates thanks to the consummate professionals at Club Pilates - Shawn & Jose are my two personal favorite instructors because they both truly love what they do & it shows! Not only that, but I can say both Shawn & Jose are very knowledgeable & also very passionate about giving you a great workout! I always find their classes to be challenging & yet I’m kinda sad when it’s over because they make working out so enjoyable. I can go on forever, but it is my distinct pleasure to recommend that anyone interested in Pilates give Club Pilates a try, and if you’re fortunate enough to be at a location where Jose or Shawn are teaching, I highly recommend giving their classes a try!

  I have been a satisfied member of CP for 2 years. The instructors are great. I always feel better both physically and mentally each time I attend. I appreciate the knowledgeable instructors who push us to a higher level. Thanks to all the dedicated instructors who always SHOW UP! You're the BEST!
