  I have been going to this Pharmacy for over 20 years. All of a sudden our loved pharmacist Steve and technician Mary. Disappeared out of no where. When asked they didn't provide a answer. Meaning they were probably fired. This community has a relationship with this pharmacy. If you know who I'm talking about. Everyone needs to write the management and boycott this location. In all my years of picking up prescriptions these two were the corner stone of this location. I'm highly upset due to fact that they were upfront and didn't tell you what you wanted to here. They told you the truth. They knew there job. Why both just suddenly went missing since they both opened the store when it was Vons. They would of told everyone they were retiring. That's how great of a relationship this community has with Steve and Mary. Please write to Albertsons management and tell them we are not happy about this. The community!

  I am using this pharmacy for last 5 years. Staff is usually very nice, professional and efficient. It wasn’t a case today - Cellea completely failed to handle potentially risky situation professionally by taking sides in the patrons conflict and increasing unnecessary tension in already exploding issue. Goal of the conflict resolution is to diminish active explosive situation instead of enjoying and encouraging confrontation. I was surprised that she actually didn’t see it this way. It serious lapse of judgement, on my opinion.

  There is an older blond lady that works at the drive through. She is difficult every single time I go pick my mother’s meds. My mother calls ahead to ensure medications are ready because she no longer drives and relies upon others to pick up her medications. There is usually one medication not filled. Her demeanor and mannerisms seem to be passive aggressive. My mother has been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. When I spoke to the man in charge his response was “what do you want me to do about it. We are always behind.” I can see why the other employee has this attitude.

  The pharmacists at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I have several other pharmacies closer to home, but continue to use the location because of the professional staff.

  The pharmacists Tom and Marina and the staff are lovely and kind. They seem to go above and beyond to help patients, even when there are shortages for special medications.
